WHAT’S UP WITH EYE ASSIST?

Eye Assist Optical is not your typical optical chain.

As we grow, we are doing something many businesses struggle to do: expand without losing the personal, community-based feel that people trust. Every Eye Assist location is different because every community is different. That is intentional.

Our franchising model is built to preserve the mom-and-pop shop experience — warm service, familiar faces, local connection, and genuine care — while giving franchise owners the systems, brand strength, and support needed to grow quickly and sustainably.

This means customers do not feel like they are walking into a cold corporate operation. They feel like they are entering a place that understands their neighbourhood, their needs, and their people.

And for potential franchise owners, that is exactly the opportunity.

Eye Assist Optical offers the chance to be part of a growing brand that believes business should still feel personal. We are creating room for entrepreneurs who want to build profitable optical businesses while making a real difference in their communities.

Elderly Appreciation Day

At Eye Assist Optical, service is not just about vision — it is about value.

That is why Elderly Appreciation Day takes place on the 2nd and 17th of every month, dedicated to supporting individuals 65 and over.

This initiative is our way of giving back to the generation that has given so much to families, communities, and society. It is more than a promotion. It is a reminder that care, dignity, and appreciation should always have a place in healthcare and business.

We believe doing good should be part of how a business grows. Elderly Appreciation Day reflects that belief.

We Test Eyes Wednesday

(The last Wednesday of Every Month)

We also understand that many people need help, not hype.

We Test Eyes Wednesday is a comprehensive eye exam with prescription designed to support people who may not be able to afford locally supplied spectacles. While there may be cheaper options out there, a perscription is still needed, this initiative exists because we know that access to proper eye care can still be a challenge for many families.

This is one of the ways Eye Assist steps in to help.

We are not just focused on selling eyewear. We are focused on making sure more people can take the first step toward clearer vision, better eye health, and the support they need.

That is what makes Eye Assist Optical different:

growth with heart, service with purpose, and business rooted in community.
